Quality Manager POA/MOA

  • Your responsibilities

    • To maintain the Kopter Production Organization and Maintenance Organisation Approval in accordance with the EASA Part 21G and 145 requirements (Quality Assurance);
    • To ensure the quality of the manufactured and maintained products, parts and components through the quality control (QC) system with adequate QC functionaries, functional reporting to you (Quality Control);
    • To develop and provide, in cooperation with the Form-4 holders, a yearly continuation training
    • To set up and maintain the Production Organization Exposition (POE) and Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and their associated procedures, forms and instructions;
    • To create and execute a yearly audit plan, taking into account audits at suppliers
    • To set up, train, assess, nominate and maintain a competent pool of internal auditors (QA) and inspectors (QC);
    • To report non-conformances to process owners and management and to monitor the timely resolution of the non-conformances;
    • To act as focal point for external audits by authorities, accrediting bodies or customers
    To coordinate and monitor the timely resolution of the authority findings at Kopter.
  • Your qualifications

    • Hold a technical college degree in engineering and commercials or equivalent
    • Have experience in industrialisation and/or maintenance of aviation products as well as experience in project – and change management
    • Have good knowledge and over 5 years of experience in auditing of organizations and processes; preferable having a qualification of lead auditor
    • Have proficient knowledge of QMS standards (EN 9100, ISO 9001)
    • Have good knowledge of EASA Part-21GJ and proficient knowledge of EASA Part 145 requirements.
    • Have excellent communication in German and English; other languages are an advantage
    • Have proficient MS Office skills and preferable SAP knowledge
