  • Your responsibilities

    • Act as the responsible person for level 3 of Kopter
    • Create procedures and written instructions
    • Join supplier audits
    • Aid in implementing the QMS
    • Perform NDT Inspections to support all departments
    • Develop on-the-job training programs
    • Implement quality procedures
    • Manage process improvement
  • Your qualifications

    • Experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) of composite structures, bonded assemblies and castings in aerospace according to EN 4179 or NAS410. The qualifications must be current.
    • Knowledge of composites & Phased Array
    • Methods
      - UT (Ultrasonic)
      - ET (Eddy Current)
      - PT (Fluorescent Penetrant)
      - MT (Magnetic Particle Inspection)
    • Good written and oral communication skills in English and German, level B2
    • Ability to collaborate and work well with fellow team members
    • Willingness and competence to perform inspections
    • Pro-active and self-motivated
    • “Can-do” mentality
    • Willingness to travel occasionally and on short notice
    • Nice to have:

      • Methods
        - RT (X-ray)
        - TT (Thermographic Testing)
      • Relevant Aerospace Part 21 Experience
