Manager Programs Support

  • Your responsibilities


    • Manage the Programs top-level milestone plans by collecting and harmonizing input from all relevant stakeholders, i.e. Program Managers, Design- and Production-Organization
    • Manage the Programs top-level configuration and requirements for the serial aircraft and optional equipment
    • Prepare and update the roadmap of product improvements, availability of options and certifications
    • Assist the contract handover from Sales to the designated Program Managers
    • Top-level Claim- & Change Management
    • Support the CPO and the Program Managers with cost (RC, NRC) controlling, forecasts and cost-to- and cost-at-completion data
    • Define and update KPI’s which are relevant for the Programs including identification of the critical path per contract but also for the overall Programs
    • Risk Management for the CPO organization
    • Define and improve the Program Management methods, processes and tools (PMO).
    • Coordinate and steer regular Programs status meetings and reporting.
    • Definition of action items and follow-up.

  • Your qualifications

    • Hold a degree in Engineering or MBA
    • Excellent knowledge in Program Management methods & tools
    • Economic & financial knowledge
    • Relevant work experience in Aviation / Aerospace industry (minimum 3 years)
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Knowledge of EASA Part 21J & Part 21 G
    • Very good English language skills, both verbal and in writing
    • Working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
