Lean Specialist Production (f/m)

  • Your responsibilities

    • Develop, execute and sustainable a continues improvement strategy in cooperation with the management team
    • Initiate, moderate, train and accompany continuous improvements in cooperation with a focus on improvements to process, quality, cost, delivery and safety to reflect best practice
    • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
    • Train and coach all responsible staff of Production in TQM (Toyota philosophy / jidoka, jit, kaizen, muda, 5S, visualization, KPI, shop floor management etc.)
    • Moderator and driver for value stream mapping projects in Production
    • Support Manufacturing Engineering and SCM in defining standards for material flow and the accordingly means of production
    • Prepare and perform internal audits concerning lean management / lean maturity assessments
  • Your qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in lean management
    • 5-10 years’ experience in managing lean projects
    • Master Black Belt in Six Sigma or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
    • Advanced MS office knowledge
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
    • Flexible and competent in problem solving, team building and planning and decision making
    • Good team player, self-driven attitude and can comply to fixed deadlines
